About Me
Studying psychology has deepened my empathy and listening skills, allowing me to prioritize human needs in everything I do. It influences my approach to problem-solving, creativity, and the way I connect with people.
I have formal training in Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Emotional Management and am a certified expert in mindfulness. I integrate mindfulness into my daily routines, work, and design process, staying present, listening to my needs, and finding inspiration in the world around me.
Teaching English as a non-native speaker was a rewarding experience that taught me to be attentive, adaptable, and client-focused. I designed lessons based on individual needs, ensuring an engaging and personalized learning experience.
My journey has shaped the way I approach design, blending psychology, mindfulness, and my teaching experience to create meaningful and user-centered solutions. I love challenging myself, stepping out of my comfort zone, and continuously learning—applying my skills in creative and thoughtful ways.
